We bought a Golf from these guys in Dec. Due to needing it quickly they let us drive it away, then bring it back for a full service and mot in January. Karl was Professional, trustworthy and friendly. Gave us a great deal. I had been given recommendations from family friends who have bought 3 cars separately from them and I have no hesitation to recommending them to anyone. My brother in law is viewing a car there this week! Full 5* from us !

Bought a car from here a few weeks back now. Service was excellent, very friendly and gave me any infomation I asked for. When I went there they where very friendly and allowed me to view the car with no pressure. On purchasing the car they went out their way to ensure I had everything I needed and were both friendly and helpful. The car was very fairly priced and is brilliant for the price I payed. Thank you to the people there for a stress free and easy purchase and I couldnt reccomend them enough.

I had a very very bad experience at a garage for my first car, and now I was on a search for my second car, and I have to admit this place has indefinitely changed my opinion on dealerships and I will stick with Moto farm trading as long as I shall live. Cole was so helpful and informative, and made me feel so comfortable and at ease, he answered any questions I had and was very helpful with helping me set up my finance, and they even went a step further and helped me get the stereo out my old car, best service you can possibly ask for! The car itself was in perfect condition, it drives beautifully and I’m just so happy with my experience with them and I will always stick with them now for any future cars, I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience from the first phone call to collecting my new car from Moto Farm Trading. Karl at the Chichester branch was unbelievably helpful, he just went above and beyond my expectations. We did have one small issue which occured after collecting the car, but was swiftly corrected by the lads in there onsite workshop. Would strongly recommend this car sales and will be back in the future for an upgrade.

Why 1 star rating, read the following and come to your own conclusion. Deposit put on car on Saturday and I was told it would be ready Wednesday at the latest. 12 days later after numerous excuses I asked for my deposit back. The comment I received, “Don’t blame you, well we put it back on for more money”. At no point did Motofarm contact or update me, I had to make all the calls to them, on the two occasions they said they would phone me back they did not. Grumbled about the amount of money they were spending to get the vehicle to a selling standard. Conflicting accounts on the delay.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a car for ourselves and found Moto Farm Trading on line. From my first phone conversation with Kieth I was put at ease, he was definitely not your typical sales person! Very helpful with nothing too much trouble. We arrived at the car sales to look at the few cars they had arranged for us to view, unfortunately they were not suitable for us, absolutely nothing wrong with the cars. We had our teenage son with us who was keen to look at different cars. Kieth was brilliant he handed us a bunch of keys for all different cars and said take your time and try them all. No pressure, no sales jargon, just honest answers to questions. We ended up purchasing a VW Polo for our son!!! We collect it on Friday it was prepared beautifully. Full mot, service etc. we drove it home from Havant to Swanage and the car never missed a beat. We are extremely happy with the car and the service provided.
