Had my Home Preview today with Lauren, it was great to see her again and she took me round my new home, describing and explaining how everything works, and was able to answer all my queries. Impressed with all fittings and floorings, all looks lovely, and can't wait to move in. Thanks.

Exceptionally helpful Sales Manager, Laura, who was very knowledgeable and led me through the whole process, culminating in me making a reservation. She’s an absolute credit to Redrow!

We visited the Redrow New Fields site in Chichester yesterday and we were greeted by Laura who gave us lots of information, showed us around the 2 show homes, and then took us to see the house we liked, as it was being built. The finish of Redrow homes, both internally and externally is superb. Just open the kitchen drawers and it shows the quality, both of the handles and finish and the way they glide back into place. The wooden finish to the stair rail is spot on - I so dislike the painted finish to the top of these rails seen in other houses. I love these houses! Laura is very professional and helpful both at our visit and subsequently, as is her colleague Sue. They answered all our questions patiently and completely. We also met the Site Manager who was also professional and approachable and very happy to help. They are all superstars and exude a warm welcome to the site. Well done Redrow!!

A friendly welcome from all the staff. Show homes and offices are well kept with plenty of info of the development on display. Staff seem very knowledgeable about the area and are willing to explain the development and walk you around the site where possible.

To be honest the staff couldn’t have been less interested. I was told to go and look at properties on my own, neither of which were the properties I was interested in. It all seemed too much trouble. Not a great advert
