It all started off brilliantly. My lawn looked perfect. Then my flower beds were carelessly seeded with grass. My. Lawn has also developed large area of couch grass which no one else in the road has. My only conclusion is that LL brought the seed in on their equipment. Some staff were brilliant but others were lazy and careless. Such a shame after a brilliant start. My neighbour reported that dirty equipment was hosed down in my garden. It might be over a year ago but now I’ve been informed every patch of couch grass needs to be dug out to a depth of 6 to 8 inches to remove all roots. There is no way this was brought in by birds. No one else in Ferring has it. I’m so bloody angry

I was a little sceptical about lawn treatments as I felt I could do the same job myself looking after my lawn. How wrong was I!! After years of trying to tender my lawn and after 4 treatments, my lawn is like a carpet. A beautiful colour, weed free and healthy. After leaving a low star review a representative of the business came to the property in an attempt to resolve the issue. After explaining what might have happened the business ultimately carried out the service as agreed and explained the best way to contact them in future. Whilst bold for a representative of the business to come to the property, it does show customers are important to this business and they are willing to communicate to resolve things. I called Luxury Lawns for help 18 months ago when part of my large lawn was so sparse there was barely any grass. Today it is such a deep green colour, and so soft and weed-free many people assume it's fake! I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. They are always friendly, and do a great job. I booked a nematode treatment in the spring, which was arranged very quickly. Unfortunately in the autumn the office staff were unable to make an appointment and said they'd pass the message to the operators. I rang to chase it up several times over several weeks as I didn't have the phone call that was promised. In the end I said if I hadn't heard back in 3 days then I didn't want the treatment as it was getting late in the year. After some delay I had an email booking it some time ahead, but I went ahead anyway as it was still quite mild. The delays meant the treatment was a bit late in the year (30th November). Hopefully the nematodes had time to do their job before the cold spell started, although there's no way of knowing. It seemed worth doing just in case. Service: Lawn pest control

We turned to Luxury Lawns after a disastrous and disappointing service from Green Thumb. Green Thumb had left our lawn in a mess and I was nervous about engaging someone else...but I shouldn't have worried. The folks from Luxury Lawns know their stuff (lawns). Within no time my lawn was recovering and their staff both onsite and back at the office are so polite and professional. I'm delighted to have discovered them and would recommend them to anyone that wants to have a beautiful lawn. 5 stars all the way! I'm disappointed. Luxury lawns were booked to come and aerate and scarify my lawn a few days ago. They called at 4pm on the day and said they were too busy to do my lawn but that they would phone me the following day to arrange an appointment. I haven't heard from them since which is a shame as they seem to have some excellent reviews. Maybe they are just very busy!
