Great vets , my poorly girl was seen promptly on a Saturday morning within an hour of my call ,came away with some medication and peace of mind knowing that she was going to be ok .

Friendly and genuine pet lovers. One of the few independent vets left. This is reflected in their prices and caring nature.

Lovely caring people . Nicky came to my house to put our beloved Hovis to sleep. She couldn't have been more caring and kind . She made the whole experience palatable. With Katie, the vet nurse, they handled the whole situation with empathy. Everything was unhurried and calm . The reception staff were equally kind and sympathetic. I can't thank Nicky enough for making a dreadful decision easier.

Had a terrible experience at this vets today. Official complaint pending. It's my regular vet but i don't think it will be in future.

Chichester Vets provide such an excellent service and they are so caring and compassionate to pets and their owners. Nicky had been treating my adorable dog, Max, for some years. He was 4 weeks away from his 15th birthday and this morning I had to make the dreaded heartbreaking decision to have him put to sleep. Although it was a Saturday morning with shorter opening hours, Rachael managed to book us an appointment with Nicky. She also contacted their local crematorium service (thank you so much Rachael). I was so scared about losing my special boy but Nicky, as expected, made the whole experience so peaceful for Max and myself. Nicky, I can't thank you enough for your support, kindness and professionalism over the years. The whole Chichester Vets team are wonderful, but I would also like to give a special mention please to Debby, Sue and Kate. Thank you all so much 💕🐾 xx

I've been using Chichester vets for many years with my boys. I don't know where I would be without them. One of my dogs is incredibly medically complex and throughout the years we've always known he is in the best hands. Kind, supportive and caring. Whether it's been an emergency, or my boy is just having a really bad day, someone is always happy to see him or talk through his symptoms over the phone. I don't think I can really explain how important that peace of mind is.

I just want to thank lovely Nicky Bulbeck who cared for our black lab Maud for many years. Poor Maud first developed skin cancer in 2014 and after 2 operations, the tumour returned again in 2018. Nicky managed her treatment and subsequent chemotherapy, giving us another precious 2 years with Maud. Sadly we had to say goodbye to her in mid January. She was ten and a half. Nicky was professional, but so kind and considerate to us too. I think she loved Maud nearly as much as we did. Thank you Nicky to you and your lovely team. You allowed us to say goodbye in a dignified and caring way. We always trusted your judgement and we always felt you put Maud's health as your first priority.
