Quite possibly the best droewors I have ever had in the UK. Nicely spiced with just the right amount of fat - all too often I find droewors too fatty. Very impressed!

The product is great but the customer service needs work. My order didn't arrive despite RM saying it was delivered, another was sent with relative ease. Then an item was missing and despite two emails to CS - no response. Disappointed - I won't order again.

UPDATE: The new packaging is awesome! There is no other brand that can compete - the texture, flavour.... can't get enough!

THE BEST BILTONG EVER! Amazing variety of flavours and the quality of the Biltong is superb. I always like to keep a good supply for snacks. My current favourite is the Peri Peri. (Until they bring out a Marmite Flavour) Highly recommended and great service from the staff. Always friendly and helpful.

This Biltong is the real deal, the variety and depth of flavours are so tasty! It's awesome as snack, after a HIIT session at the gym. Try it in noodles and you'll never look back!! I can't rate this Biltong enough! If Carlsberg made Biltong, it'd be The Chichester Biltong Companies!

This biltong is AMAZING. I've been ordering it for years. Friends who didn't know what biltong was or were scared to try it are now full fans of this incredible product. Better than any biltong i've had anywhere else, accompanied by brilliant customer service. Top marks

Tastiest biltong I have ever eaten, I took packets on my Gold Duke of Edinburgh and they gave me such great energy and protein when I was feeling tired and weak. Highly recommended especially for fitness fanatics!

I placed an order of the Peri Peri flavour a few years ago and have never looked back. It's my favourite thing to snack on without feeling guilty! Would highly recommend.

Great biltong. Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced. I have been customer of Chichester Biltong Company (CBC) for about 3 years and I have to admit, I really like their biltong. I’ve never had any issues with ordering from them until last month when my order went missing in the post. I have emailed the CBC asking how they are going to resolve this, to which I was told they intend to do nothing and I should follow up with Royal Mail (the courier they used). Royal Mail are not interested in resolving this. So, in summary, after hours and hours of endless chasing, I am still out of pocket £48 for my order of biltong that was never delivered. This was the final response to me from the Director at the Chichester Biltong Company “I am starting to get annoyed at your assertion that this is in anyway, something that I should pay to sort out ! i.e. refund or send a replacement order.” If you think that is an acceptable way to speak to a customer of several years, by all means roll the dice, order from the Chichester Biltong Company and hope your package doesn’t go missing. I have now found a new supplier – Muscle Food. Their biltong tastes just as good!! P.S. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states: Passing of risk (1)A sales contract is to be treated as including the following provisions as terms. (2)The goods remain at the trader’s risk until they come into the physical possession of— (a)the consumer, or (b)a person identified by the consumer to take possession of the goods.

The biltong is bad tasting and is so hard it is like chewing plastic , I complained to Simon smith the owner, to be told his biltong is gorgeous. How the hell can biltong be gorgeous (handsome attractive or pretty ) no . I asked for my refund they promised and refused so I asked for my biltong back to give to my dog and they refused. I have receipts for biltong and posts tracking back to them , they evan said how all 23 of their staff tried it and said it was gorgeous but they will not return it . That in my eyes is theft and i will take further through the law , Disgusting customer service.
