We booked The Barn, The Lodge and The Cottage for a family and friends get together over the New Year. The standard of the cottages was extremely high. They were comfortably furnished and everything had been well considered from the kitchen equipment, logs for the log burner to the extra touches such as basic provisions including tea and coffee. Whilst we were there, Jo was very helpful when we had queries or any extra requirements. The children in our party loved the trampoline and large gardens and disappeared out there for hours at a time. Having our own space but being close together was perfect. The Barn was the ideal space for all of us to get together and celebrate New Year's Eve. If we were to go back to the area, we would most definitely look at staying there again.

The Lodge at Flintstone Cottages is fantastic Modern, clean, huge, warm and very well situated for Bognor, Littlehampton, Chichester etc One of our group is in a wheelchair and his comment was , that this was the first place that he has stayed, that he could manoeuvre through the whole property and access everything. Highly recommended

We have just enjoyed our 2nd visit to Flinstone Cottages and once again had a wonderful, relaxed stay. The location is tranquil and away from it all, yet close to the surrounding beaches, as well as Chichester, Arundel and many other places of interest. We’ve stayed in both The Barn and The Garden Room which were both spotlessly clean, well equipped and finished to a high spec. Jo the owner is very welcoming and helpful. She made both of us and our dog feel really welcome. We would definitely love to return. Thank you Jo!

My family has very recently returned from a stay at Flintstone Cottages. We were part of a wedding party and had taken over four of the five cottages. The cottages are surrounded by farmland and countryside. Absolutely stunning and idyllic and very peaceful. A short drive to Chichester and Bognor Regis. Supermarket within east reach by car. The cottages are all amazing and beautifully decorated. There is outside seating for the warm afternoons and a trampoline for the kids. The owner Jo lives alongside the cottages and is very approachable should you require anything but, that’s not likely. I would not hesitate in recommending a stay at these beautiful cottages.

A amazing place. The loft is A beautiful well designed well equipped. Apartment With wonderful views from the balcony. Peace and quiet. I could not asked for. More. I have booked for next year now. A treasure. In the middle of Sussex. Easy to get to Bognor Regis and goodwood plenty of. Things to. Do. And relax

The Flinstone Cottages are set in a lovely location which was absolutely perfect for my wife and I to stay there for 4 nights. We were revisiting the area having lived there nearly 40 years ago. Jo the owner was very helpful and we loved the garden to sit out on the patio every evening and for breakfast. It was very peaceful and calming in the sunlight with a gentle breeze cooling us after a days walking or sightseeing. The local village pub served good wholesome food and real ales and overall we could not have wished for a nicer place or area to stay.

I have recently stayed at The Barn for 4 nights. It was situated in a lovely, rural spot, but close enough to lots of fantastic places to visit. Jo was a very helpful and friendly host. The cottage was spotlessly clean and tidy. It was well equipped and the beds were very comfy. Everything was of a very high standard. We especially enjoyed the private decked garden area to sit outside in the sunshine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone and do hope to be able to visit again one day. I Rented all 5 Cottages from Jo for family and friends for our Sons wedding which was held at Farbridge wedding venue which was ideal as It was only a 15 min drive away. The cottages were perfect, spacious, clean bright and well equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay a lovely setting with beautiful countryside all around. It was ideal so that all our friends and family could all be together for our special occasion. Jo was very accommodating allowing us all to use the garden for a bbq on our last evening making our stay a very personal happy time. I would undoubtedly recommend a stay at Flintstone and hope to return myself in the future.

We have just returned from a lovely family Christmas, staying in the Barn and the Garden Room and I would highly recommend. A gorgeous setting, with lots to visit and explore locally. The cottages were spotless, superbly equipped and extremely comfortable. Woodburners in each added an extra touch of Christmas magic too. Jo is a lovely host and very quick to respond to enquiries; pet friendly was a key requirement for us and I was thrilled that we could have the whole family staying together for Christmas. We will definitely stay again.
